The principal goal of Swedish massage is relaxation and stress relief. This massage is extremely popular and beneficial for full body relaxation and stress relief.  This is a wonderful massage for introduction to massage and great for first time clients. It incorporates a number of different techniques, such as gliding, kneading, pressure and friction in a slow and deliberate method to influence the entire body to respond in a positive way.
